GK Development is becoming GK Real Estate
After 25 years we are changing our name from GK Development to GK Real Estate to reflect our evolution as a real estate company. Our business has grown into more than development—we are a full fledged real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, re-develops and deploys capital in properties that can create added value, provide dependable income and offer tax-advantaged investment opportunities. We changed our name to better reflect who we are today and how we will continue to do business going forward.
